Wow, I know Im a bit late, but I found this when looking on google images for Northside's tattoo designs. Uncle Stu, he would have loved this.
I was wondering if you had a picture of the dragon tattoo that I picked out for Dad when I was young anywhere, or if you knew where i could find one? xx

sorry to hear you lost your dad Lisa.
A little difficult to make out your tat from the pic posted, but like mine, at least it helps you feel better about your loss and helps you remember your dad. I imagine you still look, as I do in the mirror every day and remember him.

tattoos done for reasons such as yours mean more and take a lot of thought awesome tattoo it shows how much your brother still means to you lisa x
i lost my dad dec 29th 2004 this is my way of having him near me all the time

I paid a little over £500 and it took about 9 hours all in for mine, but got some discount because of the nature of it and because I went to the same tattoist that my brother used to go to.But the cost was never an issue for me. I just knew I wanted a permanent tribute/reminder of my brother, and seeing as he loved his tattoos, one in memorium of him was the perfect choice.
I am sorry to hear of your own losses jack, marea & kerry, but for me, having my back done helped ease the sorrow. But everyone is different. I hope you all find your own peace as I still try to find mine.

can't put it into words well except that I lost my sister 9years ago under terrible circumstances but I will always miss her I know the pain. nice to have a tattoo to show the love you had. hope you find peace xx

Once again, thank you all for your comments.
I can't begin to understand your loss Rachel and am sorry for causing you tears.But thank you for taking the time to comment.
A friend of mine who also lost a close family member suddenly told me, just after my brother was killed, that it never gets any easier, you just learn to live with it. He was right. There has not been a day when I have not missed or thought of my brother. I am however learning to live with it now, but it does take time.

Thanks Lorella. The font is called Vivaldi. I liked it because it's kind of like a script, but more easily read. My tattooist, Alan C of northside tattoos, did say though that the letters would need to be at least that big to stand the test of time, so if you're looking for smaller words it may not be the font for you.x
